Stray Kids Dazzle at Lollapalooza Chicago

Hey everyone! How are y’all doing? I’m Evelyn and I welcome you back to another article about kpop. I do hope you missed me a little! Today I have incredible (as always) news to share with you!

Did you see what Stray Kids did at Grand Park, Chicago? Well, I couldn’t actually be there, but I watched a couple of things online. Also! Happy belated 6th anniversary to every STAY, all around the world.

It is clear that in those 6 years STAYs and Stray Kids are more like a huge family that love and support each other at all times.

Stray Kids’s career, keeps skyrocketing. Achievements one after the other, manage to reach the kpop group to the top of Billboard, ranking them at #1. Along with their new album release, ATE in July, Stray Kids headlined Lollapalooza, Chicago.

For those who do not know, Lollapalooza is an american music festival. It lasts for 4 days every August, in the Grand Park of Chicago. It is one of the largest music festivals among the globe and the largest in the US. Each year it sells out to approximately 400,000 people that have the opportunity to see their favourite artists perform.

As I previously mentioned, this year, Stray Kids were chosen to headline Lollapalooza in the 2nd of August. A day after their 6th anniversary, STAYs all over the world experienced the ultimate Stray Kids live performance.

In front more than 110,000 people, Stray Kids ‘ATE’ once again. From 8:30pm to 10pm the award-winning kpop group devoured the stage and delivered an outstanding performance.

Including their whole discography, songs like God’s Menu, S-Class, Super Bowl and Thunderous made the audience go crazy with their dynamic. Other songs like Ddaeng, TOPLINE, Social Path could not be missing.

Of course, such a show couldn’t be over without the performance of their new release Chk Chk Boom. To be precise, the excitement was so high, that Stray Kids performed the festival version.

For one and a half hour the 8 member group performed 21 songs in total. After the festival version of Chk Chk Boom, Stray Kids waved at the audience as all together they sang Haven. (In my opinion, that is the sweetest and happiest but also saddest song ever.)

However! Let’s not get sad now! As we informed you with a previous article, Stray Kids are about to ‘dominATE’ the world again by opening their 2024/2025 world tour. If you think about it, almost 2 weeks are left.

In August 24, 25, 31 and September 1st get ready to witness our boys as they open their tour at KSPO Dome in Seoul.

For more exciting news about Stray Kids as well other kpop groups, don’t forget to subscribe, so you won’t miss them. For now, we’ll see each other again soon! Bye!!!
