What is The A Festival?
The A Festival is a new European event dedicated to Asia’s cultural and creative industries. Artists, bands and actors representing Thailand, Korea, the Philippines, Japan and more will take over Paris Event Center on 24 & 25 October 2026 to deliver their unique energy to the European audience. Two days of concerts, meet & greet, masterclasses, auditions and more… Are you ready?

Casting Auditions: Yes, you read this right! At The A Festival, you can become part of the next Thai BL series filmed in Paris… Read the post carefully, film the official audition video and try your luck. The actors will be present at the live auditions during the festival to pick the final candidates.
Backup Dancer Auditions: This is your chance to get on stage with Alamat – the renowned boy group from The Philippines. Learn all the details on the official festival post.
Industry Talks: Going behind the scenes of Asian Entertainment – with insight on the infamous BL series workshops, production, choreographies and more… Selected industry professionals will be there to show you how the magic’s done.
Dance Masterclass: TRENDZ bring their unique choreography and energetic performance to the dance class. A free activity provided by the festival, but note that the capacity is limited – and registration required. Check out The A Festival’s post for more info.
Muay-Thai Workshop: Top & Chan invite you for a special workshop showcasing the basics of Thailand’s martial art. Practice some moves and live a moment to remember!

Musical Lineup
JASP.ER (Thailand) – Read more about Thailand’s rising boy group!
JASP.ER brings T-Pop to the stage along with captivating visuals and powerful performance.
The boy group debuted in 2024, with the digital single ‘SADISTIC’. Since then, it has built a distinctive sound blends elements of R&B, hip-hop and pop.
The members, Pond, Aou, Joong and Santa, are well-known for their acting roles in various Thai drama series, including “Me and Thee”, “The Heart Killers”, “Perfect 10 Liners” and “Never Let Me Go” among others. This performance will mark their only appearance in Europe.
The quartet released its latest track ‘Wish’ on August 19, 2026.
TRENDZ (Korea) – The K-Pop group that has taken over Europe with their powerful presence in past visits.
K-Pop boy group TRENDZ has made a name in the European community with their unforgettable tours [GLOW], [GLOW] pt. 2 and [ON THE MOVE].
Havit, Leon, Yonwoo, Hankook, ra.L, Eunil and Yechan bring the new wave of k-pop to The A Festival with strong choreography and heartfelt connection with the audience.
Alamat (The Philippines) – Where traditional sounds meet modern entertainment.
With the sound of a new P-Pop generation, Alamat brings modern rhythmes to meet the Philipino cultural heritage. They’re not just another addition to the contemporary industry, but a look into the Philippines’ past and tradition.
Tobii (Thailand) – The country’s R&B name, known for international hits such as ‘Bad Girls Like You’.
One of the first names that pops in mind when you hear “Thai R&B”, Tobii is well-known for various successful songs, with “Bad Girls Like You” becoming an international hit back in 2024. Other famous tracks by the artist include “Hotel Lobby”, “Banana” and “Saxo Love”. He has collaborated with Malaysian girl group DOLLA for the release of “Bad Girls Like You” English version, and PERSES for the single “TURN ME ON”.
His songwriting is characterized by a personal touch deriving from his experiences and exploring topics such as human relationships and emotions.
ATLAS (Thailand) – Meet the T-Pop boy group!
XOXO Entertainment’s boy group presents a powerful mix of pop, hip-hop, R&B, funk and disco. Their musical identity is versatile. While it could generally be described as upbeat, the concepts alternate between highly danceable, romantic and more emotional ones.
The members have appeared in multiple Music Videos by other celebrated artists, including 4EVE and Mousses. Nice also made an appearance in the talked-about series “Duang with you” and starred in “Make it Right” and “Haunted” in 2016.
The group debuted in 2021 with ‘MAYDAY MAYDAY’.
4EVE (Thailand) – A strong artistic identity pushing the borders of Thailand to international success.
Thailand’s girl group that has been progressively breaking the country’s borders to make a name for T-Pop on a worldwide level. ‘วัดปะหล่ะ? (Test Me)’ became incredibly celebrated in 2021, followed by the viral fan choreography of ‘Hot 2 Hot’.
JACOB (Korea) – THE BOYZ member goes solo. Ready to witness his personal musical approach?
While being a member of the renowned k-pop boy group THE BOYZ, JACOB made his solo debut on June 10, 2026, with his album ‘j.’. His music leans toward an emotional, nostalgic tone and a soft, intimate vibe.
Sunny Lukas (China) – The R&B and soul artist of Hong Kong.
A fully rounded artist born in Hong Kong, singing to the rhythms of R&B and soul. He released his debut single in 2016. Additionally to his original discography, he shares covers of famous songs that have gained remarkable recognition, including ‘Golden’ from “K-Pop Demon Hunters”, ‘Despacito’ (Chinese Cover) and more. He has a solid educational background in music as a Berklee College of Music attendee.
POW (Korea) – The rising k-pop stars of positive energy.
POW brings k-pop’s youthful and upbeat vibe to the festival and sails through optimism and friendship. The group made its debut in 2023 with “Favorite” and has developed a strong social media presence with more than 2 million total followers.
DOLLA (Malaysia) – The trio that has taken over the scene of contemporary Malaysian pop.
Inspired my major k-pop acts, DOLLA deliver a unique blend of modern genres and Malaysia’s distinctive identity. They have appeared in festivals along with renowned k-pop groups, including NCT WISH, WayV and NMXX (co-headliners).
AM8IC (China) – K-Pop’s 5th generation “Dark Fantasy”, from China to Korea
As one of the most recent additions to the lively k-pop scene, the 5 Chinese members of AM8IC promise a set of powerful choreography and electronic beats. They debuted in 2025 and embody the “lost boys” narrative through highly danceable tracks and vibrant M/Vs.
IRONBOY (Thailand) – Building a world of singing, performance and rap.
The definition of showmanship, IRONBOY successfully mixes international urban pop with Thai rap. In 2018, he became the first winner in the history of Thailand’s “The Rapper” contest and has since collaborated with various Thai artists, including Justmine of JMNK, Posneg and Tobii.
7!! (Japan) – Japan’s iconic trio of Okinawa’s pop-rock scene.
NANAE, KEITA and MAIKO’s band has already been going for 22 years. They have brought remarkable releases to the pop-rock scene and performed the anime opening themes ‘Lovers’ and ‘Orange’ for “Naruto Shippuden” and “You Lie in April”.
Oak Soe Khant (Myanmar) – The young R&B talent that has taken over the country’s music scene.
From singing covers at the age of 9 to writing his own songs at the age of 13. Oak Soe Khant’s musical identity consists of R&B, pop and Burmese influences. He made his debut in 2018 and emerged to the forefront of Myanmar’s music scene with his first album “The Number One”.

An actor known for his roles in “My Universe” and “The Bangkok Boy” and an entrepreneur and model featured on ELLE Thailand and more… A new pairing from Thailand, currently filming their first series together. And don’t forget: They’ll be teaching a special Muay-Thai workshop.
Ormsin Supitcha Limsommut & Folk Sutima Korkiatvanich
The GL couple that won the viewers’ hearts with “Apple My Love” and “My Lady’s Bodyguard”. Their following career steps include in the upcoming series “Crush” and “Love Bound”.
Jinn Jinna Navarat & Sky Suttinun Thiensuwan
The premiere of “Ocean’s Heart” is approaching… Meanwhile, the main couple of the series, takes over The A Festival along with behind-the-scenes content filmed directly on set!
Myyu & Chanya
Me Mind Y’s official GL pairing. They starred together in the series “AI Girl”. Chanya also made an appearance in the fan-favourite show “Love Sea”. Her French origins make her participation in the Paris festival even more special.
James Prescott
Thai-New Zealander actor. He is known for his roles in “Bad Guy My Boss”, “14 Again: I Love You Two Thousand” and “Love Alert”.
Gelboys
PJ, New, Leon and Pide bring the 4 “Gelboys” characters from screen to The A Festival. Filmed with a mobile phone and having achieved undeniable success, the show was followed by a 2nd season in 2026.
Leslie (Li Le) & Wang Yun Kai
For the first time, Paris welcomes the Chinese actors of historical dramas “Xiang Xu Ji” and “Meet You at the Blossom”.
